BIO 202 - Human Anatomy and Physiology II 4 Hours
Prerequisite: BIO 103 with a letter grade of C or higher and BIO 201 with a letter grade of C or higher Note: BIO 202 cannot be used for Area III credit for the AA and AS degrees. This course covers the structure and function of the human body. Included is the study of basic nutrition and metabolism; basic principles of fluids, electrolytes, and acid-base balance; and the endocrine, respiratory, digestive, urinary, cardiovascular, lymphatic, and reproductive systems. Dissection, histological studies, and physiology are featured in the laboratory experience. A 120-minute laboratory is required.
