CUA 216 - Plated Dessert Design 3 Hours: 2T, 1L
Prerequisite: CUA 125 This course focuses on plated dessert designs. Emphasis will be placed on complex presentations with two or more main items using decorative garnishes. Upon completion, students should be able to plate and serve attractive presentations of desserts with appropriate sauces and garnishes.
