Through classroom and hands-on learning experiences, the Salon and Spa Management program equips students with soft skills, practical skills, and the work ethic needed for success in the hair, skin, and nail industry. The program prepares students to pass the Alabama Board of Cosmetology and Barbering Examination.

Area I - Written Composition: 3 Hours
Area II - Humanities and Fine Arts: 3 Hours
Area III - Natural Science or Mathematics: 3 Hours
Area IV - History, Social, and Behavioral Sciences: 2 Hours
Area V - Technical Concentration and Electives: 27 Hours
Total Credit Hours Required for Degree: 38 Hours
