This curriculum is designed as a two-year terminal degree preparing students for a career in business with emphasis on small business or small office environment. This course of study is designed to provide a basic background in the various aspects of business with flexibility for the student to specialize in areas of interest.

Prerequisite Coursework if Required by Placement Testing
Area I - Written Composition: 3 Hours
Area II - Humanities and Fine Arts: 6 Hours
Area III - Natural Science or Mathematics: 9-10 Hours
Area IV - History, Social, and Behavioral Sciences: 4 Hours
- ORI 101 - Orientation to College 1 Hour
- History or Social/Behavioral Science 3 Hours *
*Choose from anthropology, economics, geography, history, political science, psychology, or sociology.
Area V - Technical Concentration and Electives: 39 Hours
Total Credit Hours Required for Degree: 61-62 Hours
