AFS 202 - The Air Force Way II

This course is an analysis of leadership and follower-ship traits in the context of a modern military force. The course includes discussions of ethical standards of military officers and Air Force core values and an introduction to total quality management as advanced practical application of oral communication skills, including organization, research, delivery and audience analysis for briefing and presentations. Group leadership problems are designed to enhance interpersonal communications. The AFS 202 Leadership Laboratory is a co-curricular activity that includes a study of Air Force customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, and military commands.
