Introduction to total quality management. Advanced practical application of oral communications skills. Organization, research, delivery and audience analysis for briefings and presentations. Group leadership problems designed to enhance interpersonal communications. The AFS 202 Leadership Laboratory is a co-curricular activity that includes a study of Air Force customs and courtesies, drill and ceremonies, and military commands.
