MUL 101 - Class Piano I 1 Hour
Prerequisite: Permission of the instructor. Group instruction is available in voice, piano, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and fretted instruments for the student with little or no previous training. Emphasis is placed on the rudiments of music, basic performance technique, and general musicianship skills. Upon completion of one or a sequence of courses, the student should be able to demonstrate a basic proficiency in singing or playing and a knowledge of music fundamentals. |
